Warranty and Returns

All units returning to Nonlinear Engineering Inc. for any reason must have an authorized RMA number assigned. Before sending any item back to our return department you MUST first contact us directly via e-mail or phone ( 613-798-5210 ) we will then give you an RMA number assigned to your return, this way we know your package is coming back to us.

RMA Procedures

• Packages received without an RMA number marked clearly on the outside of the package as will be rejected or returned to sender.
• RMA numbers are only valid for 30 days from the date of the RMA number was assigned.
• You must include a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase in the package itself.
• You must include a return address where the package is to be shipped back to in the package itself.
• Returns for warranty repair should only include the defective product unless otherwise specified. Nonlinear Engineering Inc. cannot be responsible for return of any other materials included other than those covered by the RMA. This includes product box/packaging.

Within Canada

Return items must be sent via insured, prepaid Regular Parcel Post. Insuring your return allows you to track your parcel with Canada Post. Please Note: We cannot accept CODs or courier deliveries.

From outside Canada

Ship goods prepaid, by insured Surface Mail. To avoid unnecessary delays, please write "Canadian Goods returning for warranty service" on the outside of the package as well as the RMA number that we assign to you when you call us. Please Note: Do not return items by UPS, FedEx or other carriers, as duty and / or brokerage fees will be charged, and your return will be refused by Nonlinear Engineering Inc. and sent back to you. Where applicable, please contact your local customs office for information about any taxes or duties that may be assessed on a return shipment.
