Just an FYI for other monster owners: be careful not to run your wiring harness directly past the forward spark coil. It's an easy thing to do since the spark coil is on the front left part of the frame, directly midway between the guages and the rear wheel.

I thought I had run into a wall installing this thing until I realized that I could simply run the wires under the airbox from the other side of the bike to bypass the high voltage spark coil.
